How do I request a quote?

What areas do you serve?
Salt Lake City and communities throughout the Salt Lake Valley, including West Valley City, West Jordan, Sandy, Murray, Taylorsville, Draper and more.
Do you work on homes and businesses?
Yes. We clean homes and apartments and we install epoxy and polish concrete for residential, commercial and industrial properties.
How far in advance should I book?
Sooner is better, especially for weekends, end-of-month move-outs and post-construction deadlines. Call or text and we'll check availability right away.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. HIRALEX LLC is licensed in Utah and carries liability insurance. A Certificate of Insurance is available for commercial clients on request.
What should I do before the appointment?
Pick up loose items, clear counters and secure valuables. For floor projects, empty the area so we can prepare the concrete properly.
Cleaning
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Many clients give us access and we send a text when we arrive and when we finish.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes. We bring professional products and equipment. If you prefer specific products, just let us know.
Epoxy
How long does an epoxy garage floor take?
Most garages are completed in 1 to 3 days depending on size, concrete condition and the system chosen. We'll tell you the exact timeline and curing time in your estimate.
Epoxy or polished concrete: which one is right for me?
Epoxy adds a colored, decorative and protective layer, great for garages, basements and stores. Polished concrete refines the concrete itself for a glossy, low-maintenance finish, great for warehouses and showrooms. We'll recommend the best option after seeing your floor.
How long until I can walk or park on a new epoxy floor?
Light foot traffic is usually possible in about 24 hours and vehicles after a few days, depending on the system and temperature. We confirm exact times in your estimate.
Can you apply epoxy over cracked concrete?
Yes, in most cases. Cracks and holes are repaired during surface preparation before the coating is applied.
Polish
Can any concrete floor be polished?
Most sound concrete floors can be polished. We inspect the slab first to check its condition, coatings and repairs needed.
Is polished concrete slippery?
When clean and dry, polished concrete is generally not more slippery than other hard floors. The gloss level can be adjusted for each space.
